Working on new concepts to conduct, the application process for new scholarships, more efficiently, i.e. helped to design a new information system to easily share and access information throughout the academy and created a standardized online application form to better manage applicants´ information. Developing various graphic designs to promote events organized by the Academy, e.g. designed flyers for lectures/events and layouts of internal business documents for the Third member meeting in Cologne.

In the spring semester of 2010 I enrolled in the course “Team & Project Management”. The goal of this class is to train students in the fields of communication and project management. In the fall of 2012, I was the head of the team trainers and I was responsible for the administrative issues such as organizing meetings for team trainers, set new course relevant objectives, collect and archive needed learning materials, research for new course materials and report to the supervising professor.
