Responsible for the delivery of 15 projects that made up the Business Class Process Improvement Programme for the Legacy Admin Department including increasing the Added Value generated and recorded by the department, streamlining the reporting processes and increasing and improving relationships with Friends & Family of Legators (including collecting usable data). Tasks included defining the aim of each project, running working groups, all communication, project launches, reviews & reporting.

Experience working both in the UK and oversees, required to maintain regular contact with both the client and suppliers. Accountable for projects and budgets that ranged from £1,000 to £40,000+ Often working and building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, internal teams and suppliers across a diverse range of skill sets including Technical Architects, Designers, client’s Internal IT teams and Engineers.

Completed in line with Graduate Programme at Atos. Included a Research Project

Including semester at University of Queensland completing dissertation in the laboratory on the pre-treatment of the algal cells and the anaerobic digestion to produce methane. Excelled in modules such as Sustainability, Transfer Process, Thermodynamics and Process Control.
