- Building & leading FREE NOW's Content & Social Media team: defining OKRs & KPIs and its communication strategy to impact the wider Lifecycle Marketing department. - Providing brand storytelling and engaging content for all stages of the customer journey. - Overseeing the content strategy and brand consistency in 10 European markets. - Developing concepts for international brand campaigns to be rolled out in organic and paid channels (social media, website, blog, CRM and social ads).

- Building mytaxi's Social Media Strategy and Content Guidelines from scratch, rolling it out to 9 European markets: establishing goals and KPIs per channels, training local teams and agencies, tracking and improving organic MoM performance in Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. - Adapting and transitioning mytaxi's Social Media Strategy into the new brand, FREE NOW: developing a new social personality, tone of voice and new content guidelines, based on the new brand strategy.

- Planning and executing content strategy of Lottoland's websites and Social Media channels. - Copywriting: creating copy for websites, blog articles and news about lotteries. - SEO: Keyword planning, on-page SEO and link building. - Social Media: managing fan pages on Facebook and Instagram.

- Managing and tracking the delivery of e-commerce websites for clients in the hospitality industry in EMEA/ASPAC: Definition meetings, establishment of project’s timeline, Design, Development and quality control. - Advising clients on the definition of appropriate sitemap and best practices in Web Customization & Usability.
