Worked mainly on R&D profiles & Corporate Functions • Active sourcing • Phone screening and frontal interviews • Compensation and benefits analysis, ROI analysis, Job Offers & "After Action" processes • On Boarding: responsible for the new hire on boarding and engagement processes.

• Responsible for delivering high quality consultation services to employees and managers with respect to organizational and individual performance, employment and labor legislation, external regulatory or legal review, employee exits and complex issues related to employment relationship and legislation. • Function as an integral member of the local Leadership team and position as the in country support to a variety of Compensation and Benefits programs in relation to this geography.
