I work throughout Europe and the rest of the EMEA regions building lasting relationships to exclusively find and place senior executive to board-level candidates within Sales, Marketing, QA/RA, Market Access and Commercial Operations.

My team works to find and place executive to board-level candidates internationally. My personal focus is on mainland Europe, including; Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, France and The Netherlands. I specialise within the following sectors of the medical device industry: • Spine • Oncology & Radiotherapy • Cardiology • HEOR – Health Economics & Outcomes Research • PHEM – Pre-Hospital Care & Emergency Medicine

This is an exciting role through which I helped launch the Universities own crowdfunding platform, being the first university in the UK to do so. I mentored many projects - Including sending a 24 person choir to China and a duck to space - and helped them raise over £16000 in total.

Responsible for practical running of the hostel, whilst supporting our residents to address their battles with homelessness. I designed & delivered a Jobs-Education & Training programme, to help our residents get back into employment; It resulted in 66% of them being employed or in training & was extended to the entire charity I also wrote a proposal for how to transform the way we engaged our service users with the design & implementation of services; which was accepted & implemented.

Providing call handling and administrative support services to a range of small and micro businesses.

The aim of this role was to promote, and increase engagement in, the young people’s service provided. Also coordinated a campaign to increase awareness of homelessness. The project aimed to create and disseminate promotional materials alongside a flashmob. It was so successful that it was featured on ITV News.

Appointed as a company director for the purpose of ensuring that the views of the companies' target audience - young people in Kent - were taken into account throughout all stages of the strategic business planning process. Left the board to commence full time employment within the charity.
