As an International Candidate Manager in the European Centre of Excellence for Guided Solutions I am the first point of contact between the candidates and the company. By screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates I am enabling my colleagues from the recruitment teams to access easily and to match rapidly the right talents to various open roles.

• Assistance with international assignments, compensation and system setup; • Initiation of immigration and tax support for assignments globally; • Guidance to managers in regards to assignment initiation; • Any social security activities, including application of social security documents and correct reporting in the payroll;

• Employee Data Management; • Contract management – initial and addendums; • Benefits administration (including health, pension, etc.); • SME in Time & Attendance management (Switzerland); • Internal clients’ inquiries resolution, identification and escalation of priority issues;

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for in-house positions within the Shared Services Center; • Preparation and posting of job ads; • Pre-screening of candidates and conducting initial interviews; • Scheduling and participating at interview panels together with hiring managers;

• HR Data Maintenance in SAP (HR & ERP Module); • SME in Learning&Development and Absence Management (Austria): • Coordination and execution of HR process related tests in SAP; • Contract management - preparation of HR related documentation by ensuring compliance with the applicable local laws and regulations;
