• Manage incoming and outgoing communication related to orders, general enquiries and complaints • Prepare and double-check shipping documents and invoices • Manage logistics and organize orders with the production team in France for products to be dispatched to other affiliates or directly to customers • Manage supplier relationships and liaise with couriers in order to ensure an on time delivery of the products • Pick up of spare/damaged/wrong delivered parts and follow up of return process
