• Providing personalized advice of education programs to students in destinations and schools around the world. • Answer requests effectively from potential and current students by providing quotes and general information. • Assisting students with the visa and migration process such as collecting documents and paperwork, set up appointments in different embassies etc. • Attend different international education fairs representing the company.

Evaluating the legal required documentation (Packaging lists, Transport Documents, Basic Terms, certificates, etc.) in order to place an import, assisting the customs advisors. Contributing extensively on the import process, especially when making the importing and exporting declarations. Keeping in touch with customers, company’s branches and ports in order to identify at all times the status of the merchandise.

Evaluating of monetary potential of markets, keyword clusters and different languages for SEO Campaigns. Extensive analysis of competitors and potential partners by using different SEO Tools. Using Google Analytics to track acquired backlinks’ performance through referral traffic; as well as generating and customizing reports to track the landing pages’ performance. Supporting the Editorial Office by writing content for some of our partners.

Screening of registration requests. Process of customer support requests via email. Updating of email templates according to internal changes for a higher customer service quality. Contributing to the alignment of our marketing campaigns with the current approval strategy. Dealing with platform usability issues and occasionally acting as an intermediator between Member Relations and the IT Department.
