Coordination of team organization; Ensure the attainment of the production objectives assigned; In the event of line stoppage, define with the team leader the activities to be carried out pending the re-start; Realize with the maintenance leader the countermeasure required for the elimination of the breakdown cause; Analyze scrap causes reported by team leaders and quality and plan corrective actions; Monitor the effective implementation of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) planned cycles.

Naval carpentry processes management; Internal workers coordination; Delivery of carpentry processes to the shipowner; Carpentry processes estimates.

Production process management; Shipments management of prefabricated blocks; Monitoring of cleanliness and safety on board; Delivery of piping configuration and of carpentry processes to the shipowner.

Definition of Schedule / Preventive maintenance plans and coordination of internal and external workers; Predictive Maintenance: thermographic analysis, magnetoscopic analysis, vibration analysis; Spare parts management, plant optimization; Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic high pressure systems, valves and electrovalves, mechanical transmissions, gearboxes and bearings, main techniques of lubrication.
