Tasked with assessing the penalty fee incurred by large financial customer who cancelled long term contract for services across the region. Automated the rental schedule tracking for CEWA and SA allowing better forecasting for cash flow and gross spend outlook. Management of real estate expenditure across sites in SSA. Improved the space allocation calculations which standardized the charge-out approach completed for Kenya, Senegal, Ghana, Tanzania and Nigeria offices.
