CIP Trainer CIP Trainer in different plants of the Borgers Group (Dingden, Bocholt, Holzgerlingen, Bremen, and St. Quentin (France). Organized employee and management training. Organization of workshops (Kaizen, Value stream analysis, 5S). Implementation of rationalization concepts on a group level and set-up time optimization.
