- Evaluation, Validation and development of suppliers with the support of the commodity Manager and R&D - Manage Task Forces with suppliers in case of escalations during the PEP Phase or for Serial components - Drive and manage supplier improvement programs - Support SQE and SQA in case of escalation - Negotiate QAA (Quality Assurance Agreement) with suppliers - Create, introduce, improve the technical terms of delivery (TTDs) - Ensure that customer requirements are met - Supplier audits

- Follow and validate supplier component development - Analyze the process flow chart, PFMEA and control plan - Analyze the dimensional reports, capability studies and the MSA - Ensure the compliance with CSR: Customer Specific Requirements - Coordinate with the project team, production IE, logistic and quality departments - Tracking and processing of the product change notifications during the serial phase of the project according to the VDA 2 Trigger matrix - Performing internal and supplier audits
