Operations - Shopfloor Report (Machines, IOT) with KPI's OEE, OLE and TEEP 3. Sales - Invoicing and Accounting Reports and KPI's such as OTIF 4. General development and prototyping for datasets and dashboards as well as bug fixing.

Responsible for Projects: 1. Small Drop Outlets - Automated Process improvement for data collection and cleaning (Python - RegEx) and integration to SQL Server. 2. Developer for PowerBI reports and report dataset in SAP Query Designer and SQL Server (i.e. Costa Coffee Report for machines and stores) - End to End Process 3. Conversion of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access (Automation and Improvement) 4. ADLS2 Admin and developer of data pipelines from and to the Data Lake.

Global Reporting Ownership of FTE claims, development and reporting for global leadership.

Team coordinator for Metric Analysts. 1. Consolidation of all internal IBM usage metrics and KPI's 2. Forecasting of all metrics usage, quarterly and annually and set of targets. 3. Mainframe Metrics application admin and in app metrics maintenance.

Region: EMEA & Canada Responsible for reporting Internal company usage of metrics: 1. Essential Hosting Services 2. Application usage and clicks 3. OOP - Out Of Profile charges 4. Network Usage 5. Various Server Applications
