Worked in the marketing department of the Beauty Box business unit, being responsible for data analysis of the brand's original products and supported the development of the annual marketing plan.

Responsible for the representation and external relations of Enactus Unifei Itajubá, periodic meetings with Enactus Brazil, fundraising and Team Development. Developed for the first time in the history of the project, a trainee process for new recruited members that through project management tools was created a systemic vision to interconnect the 5 areas of the project.

Responsible for team coordinating, during the cycle, it was developed tools and actions to improve member motivation, prospected and applied training for team evolution, researched and created semestral performance evaluation methodology and developed two recruitment processes for university students.

With 9 other members, I worked on the creation of the Enactus, a project at the Federal University of Itajubá in the Enactus Global standards. We developed a study and an application for the creation of the Organizational Structure. Among other activities include: - Strategic Planning - Prospection of vulnerable communities - Development of the project vision, mission, and values.

Worked on the marketing team being responsible for prospecting projects for the company, making the first contact with passive customers, creating digital content for the company's social media and increasing the website engagement.

Responsible for team coordination and jointly creating activities that impact people in socially vulnerable situations. A program of classes was developed that taught about: Empathy, prejudgment, Sustainability, Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Reading Culture. The project was developed in a public school in the city of Itajubá, acting in 5 classes and impacting 110 children aged 8-12 years.
