* Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders. * Accountable for designing and implementing standardized process enhancements based on functional expertise, innovation, and lean principles; reduction of 90% PPM quality return and customer complaints based on continuous improvement project implemented.

* Lead local and international logistics teams to deliver timely solutions to customers and keep the inventory level according to global KPIs. Manage local fleet collection/exportation, aging fleet inventory at customers and temporary admission importation. * Define cost control and cost reduction strategies; savings up to 10% monthly on logistics and warehousing costs. * Responsible for the implementation of 3 new warehousing operations in Latin America according to compliance process.

* Coordinate and control all warehousing operations of rental intermediate bulk container (IBC) fleet storage and cleaning in Brazil – inventory and production plan – handling more than 70.000 IBCs per month. * Inventory management at warehouses to ensure WIP is within target KPIs – achieved more than 65% of fleet generating revenue, fleet collection 10% above monthly target and managing ageing fleet and inventory in customers.

* Assure materials and inventory planning according to demand (MPS analysis), maintaining KPI inventory control at its best. * Responsible for factory's weekly production plan and share with all involved areas to meet client's production plan request. * Manage all purchase orders from client according to the production plan, making sure all finish goods are shipped (achieved more than 90% OTD) and warehouse inventory is under safety control.

* Direct Materials Planning and requisitioning, ensuring all production material and necessary supplies are on hand as required. * Place purchase orders and manufacturing orders through MRP analysis. * Check for shortages and follow-up with suppliers on deliveries and components as needed.

* Develop of sourcing strategy considering demand and supply situations, while minimizing risks and costs - negotiation with global suppliers for automotive industry. * Assessment of supply market to identify suitable national suppliers to reduce shipment and delivery cycle time; inventory and shipment management (considering excess and obsolete material).

* Support and assist clients with all administrative post-sales questions and queries, including inventory requests, contract terms and conditions, pricing and validation, coordination and analysis of contract requests. * Conduct account receivable analysis verifying billing is accurate; identify issues and target resolutions when necessary.
