Designing 3D Models/Technical Drawings in Inventor for the biomedical field (fully automated analyzer systems). Construction of Hoses/Harnesses for the entire analyzer systems product line. 3D Models preparation for Documentation, according to BOM Lists taken from the ABAS ERP, for Assembly Instructions using SAP Visual Enterprise. PDM/PLM working knowledge in Autodesk Productstream and PTC Windchill. Short term trainings and shadowing for newer employees.

Technical support for industry partners from CDE (german speaking countries) regarding Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Compressors built by Emerson Climate Technologies.

Continuous support in monitoring the Series production using low pressure metal casting for the VW R5 motorblock. Development of suggestions for improving the series quality, especially for the robotic hand. Recording and evaluating the process parameters in the gravity casting process for the VW EA 189 cylinderhead and carrying out quality analysis within the scope of the prototype casting process of the same project.

Following a full 6 months training through the factory several technical departments (production, CAD, quality control), i focused on the Technical Department in charge of technical documentation for -before and after- locomotives and train car restoration, while also providing technical support for the production, engineering and on occasion the sales departments.
