- Responsible for the entire process of search and selection of suitable candidates, with main focus on hiring middle and senior management profiles - Cooperation with existing clients, searching for new ones, negotiations - Delivering of events: Business Breakfast, Career Seminar for Athletes - Reporting, billing, receivables

- Responsible for the daily operation of the branch - Cooperation with existing clients, searching for new business opportunities - Leadership, coordination and development of subordinates (6 Consultants) - Selection of new employees, motivation, setting goal and evaluation - Responsibility of P&L of the branch, billing, receivables and reporting
