• Responsible for defining and coordinating the entire transformation process of the whole operations activity of the actual non-financial institution into a future commercial bank, being focused on identifying the most efficient methods for the future Bank's operations. • Member of the Top Management team; • Responsible for designing an operational model for the rural area - cost efficient from the setup point of view, flexible and efficient from the operational point of view.

•Green Field Project – Preparation of the Start-up of the Bank’s operations (define products, define processes end-to-end, prepare the cooperation with third parties entities to be involved in the bank’s activity, prepare and sign the required contracts) •Coordinating the whole Operations activity area of the Bank:Customers Accounts Services,Cards Ops,Retail Loans Admin.,Corporate Loans Admin., Trade Finance,Transfers ,Treasury Back-Office,Cash Mgmt.,Insurance, Leasing, Investigations&Monitoring)

•Directing the Bank’s organization, methodology and IT systems activity (responsible for leading, planning, organizing and controlling); Ensure automation and simplification of methods of work, banking procedures and practices;Streamline workflows and improve the utilisation of staff, premises and equipment with a view to reducing costs, without affecting the soundness, quality and integrity of products and services;Strive for reaching excellence in service for customers.

• Directing the Bank’s operations activity with over-all responsibility for the staff and performance of the following departments: Accounting Department,EDP Department,Documentary Business Department, Payments Department,Customer Services Department,Cashiers Department,Treasury Back-Office Department,Network Branches Administration Department,Logistical Department

•Directing the start-up of the Bank’s EDP Department activity; Coordinating the setup of the whole technical infrastructure (internal network, communications, core-banking, SWIFT, etc.) supporting the whole Bank’s operational activity; •Organizing and motivating the Department’s employees •Responsible for hiring staff, training and for alocating the resources •Responsible for budgetting planning and controlling
