Built DeployerPHP, an open-source PHP/Symfony CLI for provisioning cloud servers, installing production-ready PHP stacks, and managing day-2 operations. Implemented idempotent SSH/SFTP deployments, atomic releases, HTTPS provisioning, DNS validation, shared file sync, cron scheduling, and Supervisor worker management.

Ran a small development agency delivering custom web applications and platforms for European and US clients across e-commerce, content management, SaaS tools, and startup MVPs. Built Laravel, Symfony, React, and Vue.js applications and handled the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment.

Built backend and infrastructure systems for eRepublik's flagship MMO, then moved into engineering leadership. Managed engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, introduced DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated deployments, and helped scale the platform to millions of active players.
