In my role as Account Manager within Switzerland, I help CIO's and Senior IT Leaders to successfully transform their organisation as we enter an era of digitization that impacts strategy, leadership, structure, professional development and financing. My role focuses on both retaining existing Gartner clients by delivering value from our services and further expanding my territory by signing up net new clients. My current client portfolio consists of midsize companies. (with revenues up to $ 750 million)

Responsible for my own account of clients and for taking on new enquires via the web or phone enquiry for UK trips. Operating as a consultant, providing advice and suggestions. Using my time efficiently to build report and then close sales. Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce and internal sales software.

Coordinated and motivated a team of five employees, over saw the day-to-day activities: including customer care, sales, water sports lessons, food and drinks. Learned skills to calm conflict professionally, delegate tasks efficiently and make decisions well under pressure.
