I joined SRG to work as a senior account manager in the Scientific Division. My role was to look after key accounts and develop new business within the South East region on both permanent and contract markets.

Responsible for opening new businesses, account management and delivery into our French client base. Manage and develop the French Team (up to 4 people) - working with senior management to ensure effective delivery and over-achievement of targets.

My role was to assist the Senior Childcare Recruitment Consultant in her daily activities such as improving communication with existing client, helping delivering candidates for client’s requirements. Key responsibilities: •Reorganisation of the archives •Creation of new archive system •Creation of mailings •Business Development, cold calls •Finding care consultants against clients requirements
