I'm working in a project as Scrum Master / ERM, with one of the most important companies in the US related with steel, migrating a legacy application to a desktop application in WPF. I’m managing 5 teamsThe teams are integrated by 18 Developers, 3 Technical Leads, 2 Testers, 1 Product Owner, 2 DevOps, 1 UI/UX designer and 1 Architect, with direct communication with C- level executives.

In HPE I worked on 4 or 5 simultaneously projects for HPEFS (assigned to DXC), these were projects for legal and financial compliance around the world, working with people abroad. Some of my functions: A. Help to the Dev team to understand all the requirements of the business. B. Analyze of finance Business requirements for different countries and legislations, translating to project requirements (User Stories).

I was working as a Technical Lead for Hasbro team in Guadalajara, implementing Google Analytics Tag Manager and helping to the team to improve the functionality in some of the Hasbro’s web pages. This was a temporal project.

Some of my functions: Help on improvement on the skillsets of the team members. Implement Agile Methodology (Scrum). Managing Risks and Issues, maximizing the ROI. IT Security Management, following the CISA best practices and ISO 27001 rules.

I was part of a development team that developed an Electronic Invoice System, Authorized Provider Certification for Mexican government tax authority. The WebService had until March of 2016, 2,000,000 request per month, and the web app had 100,000 unique visits at month and 7,500 users. All this was implemented in AWS infrastructure using services like S3, SES, Route53, EC2, Cloudwatch, Cloudfront, RDS, SNS, Glacier.

Invoice system development for PYME’s. Development of the application in PHP and Dojo, implementation of a Call Center with Elastix (20 positions).
