Key responsibilities: - Business assessment of the company including cash flow interpretation, strategic markets, competitors analysis and business plans update according to medium/long-term cost targets. - Financial statements preparation, analysis & presentation. - Issue management with key contacts – bankers, suppliers, customers and governmental institutions. - Recruiting, hiring and job skill-training processes for new and current employees.

Key responsiblities: - Budget forecast and compliance of manufacturing operating expenses, inventory disposal and material overconsumption (scrap) by providing financial visibility and perspective of key-business decisions in a monthly, quarterly and annual basis compared to regional benchmarks. - To establish the total manufacturing cost target of the site (categories, bleach and laundry) and feasible glide paths with action plans in order to accomplish the targets.

Key responsibilities: - Lead the loss analysis process across the site in order to deliver savings quarter after quarter. - Execute gap analysis for over expenditures in budget. - Enable action plans with department heads in order to achieve cost optimization by losses elimination.
