Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the new Government Building of the City of Buenos Aires.

Project management of building infrastructure for the Group's units, from the real estate search to the operation of the buildings. Property Management, Works and Projects, Contractors Control, Maintenance and General Services, Archive. Team of 25/30 professionals in charge. Projects for more than 30 million pesos annually. Operating budget of 3 million per year. More than 20,000 m2 of managed projects of new construction and remodeling, of different types (Datacenters, Commercial Premises and Offices).

Managing the commercial, operative, administrative and financial activities of a contract, in order to last in a rentable environment.

Working free lance for different type of clients or facilities services providers. Last project: Move management for Cushman & Wakefield Argentina (client: Microsoft Argentina). Two month project including design and contract management.

Lead of Facilities & Services department with responsibilities over Argentina and Chile. Develop strategy and management over RE, facilities, space design, construction and maintenance, asset management and procurement.
