- Processing of complex repairs of sensors. - Detailed analysis of defective devices, including documentation. - Execution of repair analyzes, 4D / 8D reports for international customers. - Carrying out of repairs actions. - Definition and lead-in of repair processes and repair standars for complex sensors. - Cooperation with the Quality Engineering departament.

- Development of sustainable preventive and corrective measures for quality deviations or customer complaints - Management of an 8D optimization teams - Analysis of the process capability (Cp, Cpk) - Statistical analysis by means of hypothesis tests (Anova) - Execution of internal and external complaints - Continuous monitoring and improvement of error rates, with the aim to reduce them and to ensure the quality of the product - Analysis and monitoring of complex quality problems

Quality engineer of product and process. -Responsible for Quality in production and process. -EPA (ESD Protected Area) coordinator. -Final control of finished product. -Quality system management according to ISO/TS 16949. -Participation in multidisciplinary teams for process improvement. -Planning and execution of internal audits. -Support and management of Non-Conformities in supplier and customer (8D). -Review of process documentation (Flow Charts, FMEA’s, Control Plans, IT, set-up).

-Creation and management of documentation related to product and process. -Participation in multidisciplinary team of improvement of production process (like Kaizen).
