Provide technical support for Malvern Panalytical customers in Latam, traveling more than 80% of the time (national and international travel); Preventive and corrective maintenance on XRF, XRD and fusion instrument equipment; Elaborate technical reports on maintenance performed and; Control of the agenda and service orders in salesforce.

Monitor regional performance indicators (KPI) and suggest corrective actions in case of deviations; Support the regional manager in the preparation of equipment performance reports; Develop technical presentations and participate in meetings with clients; Support field engineers from the IN-VIVO and IN-VITRO in corrective and preventive maintenance activities and modifications;

Direct relationship with the customers, participating in periodic meetings on status, quality of projects and alignment of new requirements in documentation; Verify, correct and train internal teams on the documentation methodology for transmission projects (TX) of Oi S.A.; Supervise, train and assist the project supplier; Update digital systems of Huawei and Oi e; Keep internal project controls up to date.
