Two-year traineeship to become an IT professional. The first two months consist of an educational program at Calco’s headquarters in Amsterdam. During this period I am gaining knowledge about different functions and processes in IT and I am following a specialisation course that matches my interests and skills (e.g. programmer, tester or junior project manager). In addition, an important part of the traineeship focuses on the development of soft skills, such as presentation and communication skills.

I was employed in the Global Education department, which was developing the international Education strategy and materials for more than 30 subsidiaries in the world. Therefore the Global Education department also hosted several events throughout the year, with an annualy happening Customer-Event in a different city every year. It took place in Toronto in 2018. Afterwards I also got insights into the development of the Youtube-Channel and a Mobile Application for Business Customers for Education purposes.
