• Implementation of BPMN project, standardizing Supply Chain, Information Technology and Human Resources processes. • Implementing Data Visualization tool based on VBA / SQL for process monitoring which allowed to stabilize Supply Chain KPIs (purchases on time from mid-60% to 80%) and IT KPI (service desk from 70% to 85%). • Supply Chain project had a spin-off focused on Strategic Sourcing (as part of procurement process improvement), using VBA-based spreadsheet to monitor Cost Saving and Cost Avoidance.

• Supported 3 consulting projects and more than 5 transport-related research for business intelligence. Most important experiences related to logistics costs and research of competitiveness of transportation modes (Brazil, Europe and the USA).
