• Assist and take part in evaluating tech related brand features, defining their testing automation requirements. • Test Automation on API, desktop and mobile platforms/devices • Document test cases for all business and functional requirements • Prepare a schedule for all automation tests, documenting and bugs encountered. • Design and maintain automated test planned for the projects developed, assuring the highest on-going quality.

• Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions by Product Management and discussion with Developers • Work with Devs in test to ensure automation testing covers proper test cases. • Execute manual UX flows, test cases, analyse results, report and track defects, verify fixes and perform follow-up work to resolve issues. • Execute API Tests analyse results, report and track defects, verify fixes and perform follow-up work to resolve issues.

• Participate in project planning calls and discussion/troubleshooting calls with customers • Investigate and troubleshoot issues in different environments using Postman, DevTools, etc. • Working with CDN, DNS and API's • Answering, investigating, resolving or escalating customer/user queries. • Performing basic QA and smoke testing • Performing tasks and management of CMS and CRM systems • Performing project specific testing/validation. • Creating, updating and maintaining internal documentation

• Software development • Skill development for alexa using JOVO framework • Elicitation and gathering of user requirements. • Validation of user interface and functional requirements with customer users. • Test case creation • Execution of functional tests

• Communicate with clients to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues • Respond to technical issues, via Zendesk or email • Provide feedback regarding internal support processes, product functionality • Investigate and document bugs / feature requests to with our Product & Engineering team • Debugging and collaborating with engineering to resolve complex technical issues (Ruby Rails)
