Faced resource constraints that limited project progress, leading to my decision to seek new opportunities after four months.

Engineering liaison between Yanfeng R&D in Shanghai and BMW. Managed electronic components (middle-console, door trims) in the acquisition phase. Ensured clear communication of customer specifications and Yanfeng’s proof of concepts. Led system/software development to position Yanfeng in BMW’s supplier list for a switch bank module (AUTOSAR, ASIL B).

Bridged BCS & Opel as Resident Engineer, ensuring smooth integration of controls & switches (mirrors, windows, etc.). Managed GM/Opel docs (EWOs, ECRs, PRTS, BOM) & 5-phase forms. Showcased expertise in project management, document control & delivering automotive excellence.

- Worked as Product Development Engineer at General Motors Mexico for different E/E components: Audio, Infotainment, IP Cluster, HVAC Controls, Mirror Switches (Global Lead). - One-year assignment as Engineering Liaison at the GM Ramos Plant for the launch of E/E components in the Cadillac Escalade. - One year as Cost Reduction and QRD Coordinator for Wiring Harnesses.
