Controlling and Procurement in an EPC company for large-scale solar farm projects, focusing on the Iberoamerican markets (Spain, Chile, Mexico, Dominican Republic) and also Germany: - Financial and accounting analysis for projects, tenders, subdivisions, and local entities. - Support in project and tender control. - Facilitation of alignment between our subdivision and other departments. - Continuous process development and improvement.

- Direct work with the executive director to improve internal processes. - Analysis of external market (competitors), potential strategic allies, internal costs, and optimization of the pricing model. - Optimization of the standard surveys, according to statistical analysis, importance in results, and current literature.

- Associate in charge of the SSINDEX (index and software) in various organizations. - Commercial and operational management of annual measurements of the index in a client portfolio (set-up, data collection, analysis, results, presentations, and contract renewal negotiations). - Quantitative and qualitative risk and sustainability analysis (surveys, benchmark, business strategy, and identification of risks, improvement opportunities and business development).

- Quantitative and qualitative analysis to diagnose large private companies in the following topics: HRM (human resources management), labor trust, and labor relations (labor unions and co-construction of shared value). - Planning, monitoring, execution, and leading consulting projects (strategy, people management, and labor relations) in large private companies. - Research for public and private studies (productivity, working conditions, labor market, asymmetries between large and small companies, etc.).

- Support to the sales area of “Lubrax” lubricants. - Analysis of market share, sales volumes, margins, competition equivalents, products, and distribution channel.
