As freelancer at the LpB (Landezentrale für politische Bildung/centre for political education) in Baden-Württemberg, I am responsible for preparing and guiding simulation games with school classes. These classes vary in age from class 4 to 10 (9 to 17 years). While it is important to prepare games so they fit the individual situation of the pupils, the class size etc., the most interesting part of my work is to guide the game and its evaluation afterwards.
