Carrying of investment process for new production and warehouse Plant (15 000 m2) and transfer to the new facility without any problems with delivery schedule to the Clients (Key Customers: L'Oreal, Avon, Colgate, Danone, Nestle Reckitt Benckiser). Managing and improving technological processes in the areas IM - PET, SBM, IM - CAPS, EBM, IM- Finisching. Implementation S&OP for Plant Ostrów Mazowiecka.

• Plant 120 FTE, green field project – 32 000 m2 • Responsibility for “go live ” project - Regional Distribution Center BMW Swiecko for PL and DE Aftermarket. • Implementation of operational standards in accordance with the requirements of BMW and Kuehne + Nagel. Achievements • Providing contractual time in delivery to the Customer within three months of starting the project. • Development of communication standards for BMW and Kuehne + Nagel Project Teams.

• PLANT 330 Blue Collars, 35 White Collars, • Responsible for carrying out the restructuring process by flattening the organizational structure in the production plant • Conducting of the plant transition process to the new IATF standard

• 5 Industrial paint shop 280 Blue Collars, 30 White Collars, 60 million PLN turnover • Responsible for building the sales strategy, rebuilding the Customer Service Department for four paint shops • Managing the investment process for the new plant in Oleśnica – powder coating and cathodic dip-paint coating for the GKN Driveline customer. Responsible for the process of building the plant, creating a team, developing a quality policy for the cooperation with this client.

• Two production plants (Breaker, Steel Works & Refinery) 240 Blue Collars, 30 White Collars, 700 million PLN turnover • Responsible for the preparation of the production plant in the production area for the potential sales by the PineBridge Investment Fund for new Branch Investor through the implementation of labour standards required in the field of automotive suppliers, Tier 2, Tier 3

• Management Weber Wrocław Plants - 45 employees , Leca Gniew -70 employees, Glassolutions Pruszków 130 employees • Responsibility for processes (Customer Service, R&D, Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality)
