End to end management of Global transition of products under new therapeutic product line. Optimization of brewery Key Performance Indicators including water usage, energy consumption. Planned and introduced improvement program for optimization of water re-usage pilot plant (Ultra Filtration/Reverse Osmosis). Conducted multiple optimization activities in packaging and technology departments, including packaging inspection and cleaning, cleaning of water systems, process installations cleaning. Negotiations and selection of contractors and service providers.

Lead technical projects in RB factories in Poland, Russia and Austria including new product development/implementation, cost optimization programs and quality improvements. Liaison with R&D, Customer Technical Support, Sales and Supply in the process of development of new products, optimization of formula and packaging for existing products. Technical support of sales teams– product recommendations, recommendation of sourcing site cost analysis and simulation for call for tenders.

Start-up and management of Chemical Section comprising of chemical and environmental laboratory, effluent treatment plant. Optimization of production and technological processes through implementation of continuous improvement methodologies. Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC systems in chemical section area. Creation of standard operation procedures for laboratories, production area and effluent treatment plant.

Worked as a project team member responsible for planning and conducting of industrialization activities as part of new products development project - Atovaquone and Sucralfate. Control of production process of drugs in liquid form, both OTC and Rx formulations. Resolution of manufacturing problems; training and supervision of staff. Ensured production process adherence to GMP, Safety and Hygiene (ISO 18001) and environmental (ISO 14001) standards.
