I was managing integrations and technology projects for Odobo. Due to the nature of these projects I have been responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously (up to 5). The biggest team I was managing within Odobo for a single project contained 10+ developers (Java, HTML5), 2 testers and a product owner for a single project.

I was managing projects connected with GoldBet internal tools for Live Betting and Risk Management. I was responsible for creating a business analysis and oversee technical analysis. I was also responsible for managing a project through all project live cycles in GoldBet environment.

SPG – rewriting application into new technology (Vaadin + Lucene) and extending its functionality. Implementation of SWIP in PGL Lasy Paostwowe was Implementation of application LexPolonica with additional configuration purely for one client in PGL Lasy Państwowe. It was the biggest project for LexisNexis, finished with big success. Summary: I was responsible for managing projects for 2 to 5 developers, mostly in Java. Projects are managed in connection of two methodologies: Agile/PMP

I was developing multiple project in various technologies (HTML + JS + Java + PHP + MySQL + PostgreSQL)

I was responsible for entire brand (CoreTeam) – including presentation for customers, preparations of tenders, financial and HR management and project management. I was managing team of 8 – 10 programmers (mainly remotely) plus 2 – 4 external developers.
