• Supervised international teams of up to 10 people consisting of think tank analysts and NGO activists • Managed multiple research and field projects with budgets of up to 100,000 EUR • Authored policy papers based on opinion-poll data analysis and semi-structured interviews • Represented the Institute through interviews on TV and radio • Built and maintained a network with other think tanks and public servants interested in the Central and Eastern European region
