- Keying all incoming orders into the Netsuite system in a timely manner - Confirming all orders are delivered as per requirements and generating invoices - Communicating with operations team to resolve stock level requirements across multiple states - Liaising with third party logistics services to organize transport of dangerous goods and bulk oils - Providing sales reps with up to date and detailed information in the form of spreadsheet analysis on current and past trends of key customers

Running of Extruder Machine to ensure quality product is produced, including selecting appropriate materials, adjusted machine head, interacting with computer display to adjust production capabilities, organizing future jobs on the machine, logging production progress and reporting any anomalies to the Leading Hand
