Initiator and head of the project “The Albanian Language and the Computer”; In charge of managing the production of strategic and special importance software such as Albanian Spellchecker 2.0, Localization of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 , MS Office, Tower of Albanian etc.; Planning and setting of policies of cooperation with international and local partners.
