• Responsible for management and coordination of all involved parties during project preparation and realization in order to meet the contractually agreed obligations towards the customer and all internally set targets. • Control and manage all project activities, monitoring risks, claims, quality and assurance • Ensure the project-milestones achievement in terms of schedule, cost and quality Adherence

• In charge of Unified/IN Charging and Billing Projects (BSS/OSS) • Coordinate customers offers, provide cost estimation and verify the scope of work with Sales • Deep involvement in the Tender Kick Off Meeting • Provide and organize Statement of Compliance, define Service Package for cost preparation • In Charge of the Kick-off and handover for projects realization(PTA)

• Sales support for the marketing of the maintenance services • Exception handling and task force organization • Responsible of Charging and Billing Projects (BSS/OSS) • Installation of a transparent project reporting (project progress, cost and technical reporting) and milestones achievement in terms of schedule and deliverable quality • Project risk control and assessment, by identifying sensible measures to control the risks
