At Geiger, I played a pivotal role in establishing their in-house electronics development for Remote Operated Curtain Control Motors. Starting from scratch, I developed the complete electronics hardware stack, along with basic software integration. My responsibilities included circuit design, PCB layout, Power Electronics development, testing, and writing basic firmware for the STM32 microcontroller. My Motor Control Electronics Communicates over RF Module.

Worked as a consultant at HILTI through the Technology and Strategy Group, focusing on testing cordless power tools with BLDC motors and battery-operated systems. Independently planned and executed test procedures for various tools, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability. Collaborated closely with electronics development and testing teams to support the delivery of durable, high-quality products. Primary role centered on testing rather than development.

At Panasonic, I was responsible for developing the Electronics Hardware for IOT based home automation Products. Such as LED Dimmer, Fan Regulator, Smart Plug and Curtain Controller. Starting from scratch, I developed the complete electronics hardware stack. My responsibilities included circuit design, PCB layout, Power Electronics development and testing. The Products were communicating over WI-FI, Bluetooth or Zigbee Protocol.

The company specializes in manufacturing LED lights of various types, including bulbs, battens, streetlights, flood lights, downlights, emergency bulbs and smart bulbs. My responsibilities included circuit design, PCB layout, Power Electronics development and testing. Here I started from Scratch to develop the Electronics for LED Luminaires.

This was my first job as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at an LED light manufacturing company. Here, I tested the Electrical, Mechanical, and Photometric parameters of different types of LED luminaires in a inhouse NABL accredited Laboratory.
