I am responsible for technical sales and installation, commissioning and servicing, providing training to customer about the CNC Gear Technology & Special purpose Machines manufactured by diffe- SAMPUTENSILI S.p.A -Italy Hobbing machines, Gear Grinding Machines, Shaving cutter Grinders - SICMAT S.p.A.Italy - Gear Shaving Machines, - SEIWA Corporation, Japan–Hob Sharpening Machines, - - OSAKA SEIMITSU KIKAI JAPAN – Gear tooth tester

: In house testing and Inspection of Machines. Fixtures, Components trials before Customer arrival, proving of machines for SQC study when customer visits SICMAT plant, training Of customers engineers about the machines operation and Maintenance, Installation of Machines at Customer facility and proving out machines for SQC study ,Training to operator and attending The service problems.

Installation, commissioning ,proving and servicing, providing training to customer and about the CNC Gear Technology & Special purpose Machines manufactured by different overseas principals such as - SAMPUTENSILI S.p.A –Italy CHANFERING/DEBURRING MACHINES. - SICMAT S.p.A.Italy - Gear Shaving Machines, - SEIWA Corporation, Japan–Hob Sharpening Machines, HOBBING Machines - CARLO PICCO S.n.C.-Dack Chamfering Machines, - OSAKA SEIMITSU KIKAI JAPAN – Gear tooth profile testing machines. -STUDER– SWISSE

Testing , Part Programming ,Proving of CNC Bore and Face Grinding Machines, Cylindrical Grinding machines ,Fixtures ,SQC study, In house and Installation and proving out the machines at Customer facility, Training to customer Operators/Engineers. Preparing technical proposal after studying the customer’s drawings, Cycle time calculations, Fixtures Development Etc.,

Testing of machines, Fixtures , Proving out of CNC Cylindrical ,Internal Grinding Machines in house and Installation of machines at Customer facility, Training to operators and Shop engineers about the usage of machine.
