Following more than a decade in CMO and senior marketing leadership roles, I took a dedicated year for a personal break — and to explore how marketing and organizations evolve in the age of AI and accelerated transformation. This period was a conscious investment in personal growth, reflection, and learning — and laid the foundation for establishing my own consulting business.

As Group CMO and Co-Managing Director of RMs largest business unit, I lead the overall brand portfolio in the wine and sparkling wine category. My focus was on driving marketing transformation across brand, digital, and consumer experience, strengthening market leadership while evolving marketing structures, processes, and capabilities. Recognized as one of the Top 10 CMOs of the Year 2022 (Horizont/Serviceplan) and W&V Top 100 Heads 2023.
