Rooshan Ahmed Siddiqui

It was a marvelous experience working in International center for chemical and biological sciences as an internee. I got to learn various techniques like DNA isolation, Gel electrophoresis, PCR , Gel documentation system and nanodrop. I became quite professional in using thermocycler, centrifuge, nanodrop and weighing machine. Apart from these, I got the hand on practice of making agarose gel, ethanol and different chemicals of various concentrations.

I interned at ICCBS in Molecular Biology lab for two months. There, I learnt PCR, DNA extraction by kit method, nanodrop technique, lab management etc.

During this period, I completed various courses offered by World Health Organization.

I learnt various skills to make my presentation effective.

I completed my Intermediate from Govt Delhi College with 72.36% in Biology (Pre-medical). It was storming 2 years of my life.
