Responsible of HR Payroll Responsable for four companies of the Group, in direct coordination with the matrix, in order to implement all the HR processes and practices according to the policies of the company. Payroll processes: monthly payroll calculation, settlements, payroll costs, bonus, absentes, maternity, and severance payments (more than 400 employees and several collective agreements). Negociate the collective agreements. Management of contracts and labour law advice and Absence management.

Developed HR generalist tasks giving support to the Business partner and the HR area. Contributed to HR procedures and policies. Developed throughout all the Selection processes, mainly focused on profiles such as technical and commercial positions. Also contributed and given support to the Training area.
