Provide expertise of technical documents in accordance with project requirements, owner specifications, and standards; Review & assessment of project-related documents such as Specific Specification,BoF,BEDD, MDR to ensure compliance and accuracy; Monitor and control project schedules;Develop discipline procedures and standards to improve efficiency; Attend and contribute to technical/weekly/3D review meetings;Work on resolving technical issues; Prepare technical assignments and Material Requisitions (MR);

Preliminary structural and architectural concept design (EBD) based on the provided initial data, SOR, project & safety requirements,specifications and regulations; Analyze of existing and new technician documents in compliance with Russian law & regulations;Architectural, structural and overall layout drawings supervision;Verifying design with multi-disciplinary team to avoid clashes & discrepancies;30%/60%/90% Design review preparation;

Alert on technical issues, clashes or construction feasibility, design deviations;  Carry out study of site installations, lifting and hoisting equipment and other plant;  Check and verify design /work-in-progress documentation from Subcontractors; Verify As-built documentation and material certifications; Tank foundation(piles) settlement monitoring;  Monitoring of Tank slab deformation by inclinometer;  Monitoring of soil frost process to achieving design temperature;
