Begleitung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen bei beruflicher Orientierung, Bewerbungsprozessen und dem Übergang in Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung. Durchführung von Einzelcoachings und Gruppenangeboten, Unterstützung bei Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Netzwerkpartnern und Institutionen.

Konzeption und Durchführung von coachingsnahen Gruppenworkshops für Jugendliche in schulischen Kontexten, basierend auf einem systemischen und relationalen Ansatz. Die Workshops unterstützten die Teilnehmenden dabei, Erfahrungen von Ohnmacht zu reflektieren und Emotionen wie Angst, Wut oder Überforderung in Dialog, Selbstreflexion und konkrete Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu transformieren – mithilfe partizipativer und demokratischer Methoden.

Als Change Manager liegt mein Hauptaugenmerk darauf, Projekte im Bereich des maschinellen Lernens in die Produktion zu integrieren und dabei sicherzustellen, dass die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer gründlich verstanden und berücksichtigt werden. Auf diese Weise können wir zukünftigen Nutzern ermöglichen, die Herausforderungen zu verstehen, denen sie möglicherweise gegenüberstehen, und die von uns entwickelten KI-gestützten Lösungen effektiv zu nutzen.

Internship in Corporate finance. Financial retail controlling and financial operational controlling. Daily and weekly sales reporting to top management and main shareholders. Reconciliation of inventory balance, store P&L, sales margin, CAPEX, CRM and costs. Elaboration of forecast, management of store details in the intranet portfolio, attending to several meeting with other entities (store planning team, business analyst team, inventory team)

Working language : German Internship in Controlling and Accounting, at Kering Financial Shared Service. Financial Controlling within the brands Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent. Monthly group reporting, asset accounting, depreciation of tangible and non-tangible assets, cash flow, accounts payable (account assignment, posting, filing), bank payment, reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L accounts, development of budget and forecasting for 2 Gucci Outlet and 6 Yves Saint Laurent stores.

Working language : French Monthly closures of accounts, monthly forecasts, development of budgets/costs, follow-up of the projects portfolio, updating the cost-analysis of projects and monitoring the evolution of the business model.
