Reconciliation of inventory balance, store P&L, sales margin, CAPEX, CRM and costs. Elaboration of forecast, management of store details in the intranet portfolio, attending to several meeting with other entities (store planning team, business analyst team, inventory team)

Working language : German Internship in Controlling and Accounting, at Kering Financial Shared Service. Financial Controlling within the brands Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent. Monthly group reporting, asset accounting, depreciation of tangible and non-tangible assets, cash flow, accounts payable (account assignment, posting, filing), bank payment, reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L accounts, development of budget and forecasting for 2 Gucci Outlet and 6 Yves Saint Laurent stores.

Working language : French Monthly closures of accounts, monthly forecasts, development of budgets/costs, follow-up of the projects portfolio, updating the cost-analysis of projects and monitoring the evolution of the business model.
