Key Responsibilities: # Plan, Design and implement new Infrastructure system as per upcoming project spec. # Install, configure and maintain various network devices. # Implementation and Optimization of Network and System solution for the Data Center and Disaster Recovery System. # Assist and supervision to IT support team for ensuring smooth operation. # Managing Virtualization Server. # Work on different server environments (Linux & Windows servers).

Key Responsibilities:  Team Management.  Responsible for the Quality of Service Delivery – SLA/OLA management and achievement and high level of Client satisfaction.  Service Operation Management and Improvement - Working with the Client and Operations Teams to identify and manage Service improvement activities.  Build and document knowledge about the technical setup.  Identify new business opportunities.  Service Delivery Management.  Service Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:  Design, architect and provide Levels 2, 3, and 4 Support for maintain Core, aggregation and access environment.  Plan and assist in the design and implementation of networking infrastructures.  Performs ongoing network fine tuning, upgrades and enhances to optimize Network performance, availability, stability and security.  Responsible for planning, engineering, installations and maintenance for the Core Systems.  Also performing R&D for Network Optimization.
