• Directed overall aspects of technical & operational activities on a daily basis to accomplish maximum output as per efficiency and potential available in the plant & logistics departments. • Ensured procedural adherence and resolved unexpected technical difficulties by providing appropriate recommendations.

• Actively involved in managing and guiding the workshop department in day to day activities pertaining to providing various projects with vehicles, plant, machinery and tools by implementing Quality Management system, thus ensuring better functioning. • Ascertained that all vehicles are safe, secured and road-worthy and driven by trained drivers and accordingly maintained knowledgeable personnel for smooth business operations.
