As ECM Tester Leader, I oversee validation of the Electronic Control Module (ECM) in electronic, electrical, and functional domains. I audit test setups, verify supplier test accuracy, fine-tune HIL and Powertrain systems, and manage KPI reviews. I coordinate medium- and long-term activities, distribute tasks, and ensure reporting, validation management, and alignment with software suppliers through regular meetings.

As Subsystem Function Tester Leader (SFTL) for Stellantis, I ensure the technical integrity and validation of ECM functions across powertrain projects. I define and maintain test strategies, specifications, and HIL requirements, support V&V activities, and review validation reports to ensure quality. I provide training and technical expertise to RT3E teams, contribute to ECM validation planning, and lead continuous improvement and Retex actions to enhance technical repositories and global EE methodologies.
