Built MCP server infrastructure for agent workflows. Architected a real-time coupon redemption engine and a high-throughput batch ingestion pipeline on Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Kafka and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Platform modernisation and GenAI in a regulated banking environment. Led GenAI and explainable-AI initiatives with attention to data governance, auditability and human review. Assessed AI use-case feasibility: data readiness, error tolerance and cost of a wrong answer. Modernised legacy banking systems into Java, Spring Boot and React microservices, and built event-driven services using Domain-Driven Design and Kafka, with event sourcing for audit trails.

Automated crew assignment with Java and the Spring Framework, and built dynamic crew-pool optimisation services on REST APIs and microservices. Integrated rules-based decisioning into scheduling algorithms to prevent Hours-of-Service violations. Designed Spring Boot integration architecture for legacy systems.

Aircraft maintenance planning systems. Developed business-object-driven capabilities in Java, Spring Boot and ReactJS to streamline maintenance planning and improve task creation efficiency.

Trade finance and payments engineering for retail banking clients. Automated regulatory compliance validation workflows in Java, cutting international payment processing time. Built TradeFree, a Java, Spring MVC and Oracle platform for letters of credit and bank guarantees. Optimised data structures to resolve a search-speed bottleneck in enterprise banking operations.
